UK 80s New Wave label founded by [a755945], Elvis Costello and Andrew Lauder in 1980.
On the 6th July 1998 [l48002] – the company behind the label was acquired by [l314994], and the record label was merged with its Westside Records operation.
The label now forms part of the Demon Music Group Ltd.
